Refund & Return Policy

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Returns are not accepted as a standard practice and are only considered in extremely limited circumstances.

Return Requests

Any request for a return must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must be sent exclusively by email to:

Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be automatically declined. Submission of a return request does notguarantee approval. All return approvals are granted solely at our discretion.

Approved Returns (If Applicable)

If a return is exceptionally approved, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in pristine, resalable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included materials

The customer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs, including any taxes, duties, and customs-related charges. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds

Approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item does not meet our standards, the refund will be denied. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method excluding all shipping and handling costs.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items showing any signs of use or wear

  • Items returned incomplete or without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or packaging during return shipment
